Lost Dog Spotted. Tan Heeler that has a collar, spotted near river and orange grove. Saw this morning around 9:30 am and again this evening around 6pm. Is hanging around 5650 N Professional Park Dr. Would not let anyone get near them, although we tried. Left water out and they drank some already.
