Job Description: iSpec LLC has an opening for an experienced residential carpenter. Ideal candidates will have experience in windows and doors, framing, drywall, painting, roofing, rough and finish carpentry. Background in residential remodeling will be helpful as the majority of our work is in newer and older homes. Compensation will be based on experience. Individuals who are hired as W9 employees are who are able to lead a crew, be reliable, efficient, are able to read plans, are at least somewhat familiar with city code (Or willing to learn), who have their own tools and truck/van, will fall into the higher pay range. Job duties/responsibilities: Experience in residential remodeling. Framing, constructing the formwork for placement of concrete, painting, assembles column or wall formwork set anchor bolts templates, also does sawing, stripping, nailing, measuring, laying tile, drywall, kitchens, bathrooms, drilling & other duties as assigned by supervisor. To be considered: Qualified candidates must be agile/mobile, remain alert, be able to stand or walk for long periods of time, climb up/down ladders, scaffolds, and other objects. Must be able to lift and carry materials of all shapes and sizes weighing 50-100 lbs. Must have a valid drivers license, and able to work outside. Punctuality and promptness is expected.
