2021 PART TIME Maintenance Runner We are a new and growing vacation rental management company at the Jersey Shore, looking for a PART TIME Maintenance Runner. The ideal candidate should be a motivated, self-starter with a positive, problem-solving attitude. You will spend your day traveling, conducting basic maintenance tasks at our homes and communicating with guest requests and/or concerns. HOME INSPECTIONS Physical inspection of properties both inside and out with a fine attention to detail Maintain and replenish inventory and maintenance supplies Act as the eyes and ears for our properties Report when something needs to be fixed, repaired or replaced MAINTENANCE Pick up and drop off needed supplies Remove trash from homes and return empty garbage cans Clean grills and refill empty propane tanks Assist cleaning team with linen pickup and drop off Minor maintenance tasks such as furniture assembly and changing light-bulbs Basic trouble-shooting such as resetting cable/wifi This person is responsible for the day-to-day readiness for arrivals and promptly inspecting homes after guests or owners have departed. Attention to detail is required along with a clean driving record and a valid driver's license. PART TIME ROLE - Must have a valid drivers license and reliable vehicle. - Flexible schedule.
