DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned; however, the core duties of this position are as follows: Cleaning of interior and exterior commercial and retail windows, power washing brick and concrete. Work at ground level, use ladders, extension poles, water-fed extension poles, and high-rise rope work. TO PERFORM THIS JOB SUCCESSFULLY YOU MUST DEMONSTRATE COMPETENCY IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS: You must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Willingness to work outdoors in all types of weather. Have a current and valid driver's license. Always arrive to work on time, Well-groomed and neatly dressed in company uniform. Be able to follow directions. Get to job site on time. Help set up the job. Complete jobs in timely fashion. Get to the next job on time. Care for tools and equipment and organize vehicle and tools. Loading and unloading of company vehicle before and after jobs. Know your way around local communities or ability to read a map. Carry set up and climb up to 40 ft. ladders. Use of extension poles up to 40 feet. Ability to work alone and/or with partner. Think on your feet. KEY SKILLS: Desire to be trained and learn the appropriate skill to be successful at the job. Willingness to work outdoors in all weather. The ability to work at heights and climb ladders up to 40 feet. Awareness of safety requirements. The willingness to learn how to use appropriate tools. The ability to communicate clearly with fellow workers, employer and clients. Ability to apply commonsense and understanding of situations to carry out instructions furnished in written/ oral form. Ability to deal with problems that arise form job-site related issues or from customer satisfaction issues.
