Looking for an Independent Adult for Part Time / Once a week swimming pool cleaner / tech. This is a family owned business that has been established for over 20 years. Previous experience is helpful but not mandatory. Must be able to lift and carry 50lbs. and work in the Florida heat. You will need a vehicle which will carry an 8 ft long pool pole, Dry bucket for Chlorine and misc. chemicals and equipment. A truck, van, or vehicle that has a Tow hitch. Must have a valid Florida drivers license and clean driving record. Service area is Sebastian, Florida. Will need to report to our home office once a month for chemical restocking and get supplies. Route consist of 12 pools, total of 3 to 5 Hours a week. Salary of $500.00 a month, route growth and pay increases dependent on your efforts to add more pools to your route. This route is also for sale for $15,000.00 if interested in starting small and growing. Additional routes may become available.
