Looking for studio space to share

Looking for a space I can practice with my band. Also, a spot where I can go to by myself to practice more often and to experiment with my pedalboard and amplifier. Preferably a place on the north side of the city but willing to travel for a decent distance if a place has qualities to my liking. Moreover, a little bit about me: I don't drink/smoke. Just looking for a personal laboratory to do my thing. Moreover, I am more than willing to share a space with other musicians so long as there is mutual reciprocity and respect of the space that is being shared and no one is attempting to use the space when it isn't there time and maintaining the baseline cleanliness of it all. Seems rather pedantic but going off my experiences at some of the more popular places around the city some people are just too "rock n'roll"and that is all good but at a certain point it can be a bit overbearing.
