Pull Weeds, $15 an hour, 4-12 hours work

I need someone to pull weeds from my yard, I am estimating somewhere between 4 and 12 hours work. I am not looking for FAST work but DETAILED work. I have attached a picture of the targeted weeds. (I believe) the weed at the top is nut sedge, the far right is a maple seedling, the one in the middle is chamelon plant, I don't know what the one on the left is called. If we have a conversation I will be interested in hearing you describe how you would identify each weed before pulling it (so that my plants that AREN'T weeds are safe).
