About the Position Supervise and provide leadership to build and maintain a strong team through effective communications, recruiting, training, coaching, counseling, appraising, rewarding, developing, and succession planning. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Schedule and direct the work activity for a group of warehouse workers. Organize, plan and implement warehouse solutions for assigned customers that utilize the best cost option to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction. Identify and resolve loading, delivery and scheduling problems through timely communication with customers, warehouse employees, vendors and other Ruan locations. Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required. Report directly to the Warehouse Operations Manager Full time year round work Monday through Friday, with occasional weekends 1st shift Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED equivalent 3-5 years of experience Must be able to run a forklift and pallet jack Flexible with schedule and availability Must be able to lift 75lbs Supervisor experience
