Description
If you worked for Herbalife you might be owed significant back wages if you were really doing the work of an Employee rather than independent contractor. Due to changes in California laws, you might qualify for benefits, pay, and treatment of an employee of Herbalife. Employees need to be paid for all work time spent on sales and preparation and including time for all calls or emails outside of traditional work hours. Employees also need to be reimbursement for gas, phones, home computer, and other work equipment and work expenses.
If you actually did the work of an employee of Herbalife, you might be owed double minimum wage for all work time. If you made calls, received texts, or were sent emails on your personal phone or home computer or were not reimbursed for gas and parking and other work expenses then you might be entitled to expense reimbursement and wages.
You could also be owed up to 30 days of wages if you are a former employee and still owed back wages.
