Job Details Part-time · $10 - $15 / hour Impala Dr, Onalaska, TX 77360, United States Job Description RENTAL UNITS (12) Perform basic tasks including painting and clean facilities and maintenance repairs. Perform repairs on equipment or appliances. Detect and report the need for maintenance repairs. Regularly check to identify issues with litter, mechanical failure or breakdowns. Respond to clients’ maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. Repair plumbing, electrical and safety systems. Maintain the cleanliness of outside spaces such as parking lots and sidewalks. Schedule Flexible schedule 20-29 hours per week
