Job Title: Maintenance Technician Job Duties -Promote positive customer interactions -Perform service request, unit turns and preventative maintenance work in community -Ensure community common areas and grounds are maintained to standards -Maintain inventory of parts and appliances -Conduct general maintenance and maintain orderliness of facilities. -Complete property preventative maintenance -Dispose of construction debris like drywall and concrete -Move materials by hand Requirements -Must be safety oriented -Great customer service attitude. -Wear all PPE to include steel toed boots, safety vest, hard hat, gloves and safety glasses -Be able to stand, walk, squat and bend for 8 hours a day -Able to work in variety of outdoor weather conditions -Ability to lift up to 50 pounds -Ability to walk on uneven surfaces and slopes Pay $18 Job Schedules Mon – Sun (2 days off vary) Typically, 8 am – 5 pm MUST be able to pass BG MUST be able to pass DT MUST be able to provide references FOR IMMEDIATE INTERVIEW EMAIL [email protected] Eastridge Workforce Solutions is an equal opportunity employer.
