Sweet friendly cat for rehoming

Next door neighbor has released her indoor cat because she is unable to keep him and he is now sleeping in my backyard, as I cannot keep him. Ive been feeding him for a couple weeks now and he is so friendly and comes when you call him. He deserves a loving home with someone that can keep him inside and give him attention. Im not sure about his age or whether he is UTD on vaccines, as he isnt mine but he seems pretty young ~1year old.
