Facility Technician

The facility technician will be responsible for performing cleaning and organization duties such as cleaning floors, restrooms, hallways, breakrooms, locker rooms, and storage areas. Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping, and cleaning surfaces Perform cleaning duties adhering to approved department cleaning procedures Use cleaning chemicals and equipment Assist in cleaning cultivation rooms Keep building, storage room, equipment racks in clean and orderly condition Clean and replenish restrooms Maintain a clean, stocked, organized break room- including dishes, appliances, all counter, and tables surfaces Empty and clean all trash receptacles Must be a team player Must be energetic, pleasant & professional Strong communication skills No prior experience or training necessary but preferred Recognize and understand safety signs and requirements. Ability to change tasks or assignments outside normal duties. Must be 21 years of age or older A background check is required. Must be legally capable of working within the US. Capable of working 8+ hours daily, able to stand for long periods of time, able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs., Ability to sit, squat, bend, and kneel repetitively throughout a workday, use basic math skills, able to use a ladder and common hardware to complete various tasks as needed. Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions: Exposure to pollen, allergens, and chemicals. Extreme indoor humidity conditions. Work environments that include exposure to, but are not limited to, chemicals, fumes, dust, odors, extreme heat temperatures, indoor AC, motion, noise, protective gear, and water.
