The cultivation supervisor must be a precise and determined individual who is responsible for the following: Follow direction from Cultivation, Operations, and General Manager Complete general plant maintenance tasks Follow the facility calendar and complete tasks in a timely manner Maintain a clean workspace Follow proper safe work protocol and wear PPE when directed Take stem cuttings Transplanting Assist with plant harvest Basic system diagnostics Post-cycle cleaning Inventory procedures as they relate to proper plant counts, tracking information for inventory to ensure that our facility is always operating in compliance Lead a small team of cultivation technicians to complete their tasks in a timely manner Complete all IPM applications according to schedule and as assigned Ensure the point person for each room is completing their requisite tasks Daily Scouting Room Cleanliness Leachate collection forms Perform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications and Education Requirements: Fluent in English Be able to lift weight of up to 50 lbs. Stand for long periods of time. Minimum of 1 year of hydroponics or agriculture experience, or completion of training program Knowledge of Cannabis cultivation Experience in a trade (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) is huge plus. Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving. Must be results-oriented with the capability to work independently and within a team. Proficiency with technological tools and applications Reliable transportation Legally capable of working in the U.S. Valid Driver’s license Must be 21 years of age or older A background check is required. Ability and willingness to work in the following conditions: Exposure to pollen, allergens, and chemicals. Extreme indoor humidity conditions. Work environments that include exposure to, but are not limited to, chemicals, fumes, dust, odors, extreme heat temperatures, indoor AC, motion, noise, protective gear, and water.
