Job Overview Water mitigation company is looking for a quality, team-oriented individual to work with our small Water Mitigation Team. Preferably, the right candidate should have a back ground in water mitigation, demo and construction knowledge. The candidate must have an excellent attitude and able to take direction & work independently. This candidate must be reliable, punctual, & have the desire to help our customers. Water Restoration Technician Position This position is responsible for emergency water mitigation services, basic leak detection services, water damage inspections, dry-out of damaged structure, pack-out services, contents cleaning and demolition. All IICRC standards must followed. Summery List of Duties Include but not limited to: • Inspect damage & diagram floor plan. • Perform water restoration, fire, & mold remediation services. • Perform demolition of damaged materials. • Professional packing of contents along with photo documentation. • Must be available to work some nights & weekends (rotation basis) • Must be able to lift up to 100lbs with proper form. Qualifications: • WRT required. AMRT, ASD & FSRT certification not required but advantageous. • At least 3 year experience in the restoration industry. • Must have exceptional driving history.
