***Landscape Maintenance Foreman Pays are between $19.00 to $21.00 per hour, depending on experience. Must able to maintain High-end residential properties in Bexley, Upper Arlington, German Village, Grandview. Have a good ability to communicate with clients and have plant knowledge. Have to be detail-oriented and complete tasks in given time frame. Good time management and leadership skills. This position is an in the field working position, must have landscape experience. You must be able to lead 1-2 person crew. You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive truck and trailer. ***Landscape Construction Foreman We need a Landscape Construction Foreman, $19-$24/per hour, position based on experience and qualifications. Must have 5 years in field experience. This position is an in the field working position. You must be able to lead 1-2 person crew. You must have a valid driver’s license and be able to drive truck and trailer. Must have knowledge of paver patios, water features, decks, fences, stone walls and landscape and hardscape construction knowledge. Will be responsible for crew, vehicles and tools. Must have basic working knowledge of bobcat, excavator, trencher mini excavator, forklift, laser level and transit, snow plow and snow blower and other related equipment. ***Laborer Hard working, effective, and willing to learn. Rate: $15.00-$18.00. Many of our foreman started from laborer position. Many employees made it to salaried position with paid holidays and sick leave. We offer insurance reimbursement, winter clothes reimbursement. We provide work all year around. As long as you are a hard worker, we will provide works. We have been in the industry for 25 years.
