Small commercial crew needs leader to run day to day field operations. Must be able to read blueprints for elevations/layouts.Company willing to work with experienced (5yrs) finisher ready to step up. CDL is beneficial to applicant in wage calculations. Pay to be negotiated during interview process, and is commensurate with qualifications. Benefits include pension match to 3%,1 week paid vacation, health insurance stipend, and paid holidays.
