Evening! I guess you can say I'm looking for my unicorn, a magical beast who may be the epitome of Jack (or Jill) of All Trades! Do you know how to work on automobiles? Don't mind some yard/landscaping work? And, maybe, hopefully, of all things holy do you feel confident enough to switch out a ceiling fan combo unit? Basically, I'm a single mother, who honestly just lacks the time and energy to do all these things. I have two cars that need various levels of work done on them, a huge yard that desperately needs some love, and a handful of indoor house projects that requires some attention. And what seems like a never ending list of shit to do. Hourly or flat rate per project works for me. I can provide most tools and parts (if applicable). Plus, my son or I will be helping for some of it. This is an on-going but by project indefinite gig. Reach out if you're capable or just want more info!
