Hit & Run ?? NE Broadway & Grand

On 7/12 @2:52 PM a White Pickup (with Trailer) hit a Mini Van stopped at the traffic light. It left the scene after the light changed. The witness behind should be the Portland Trolley. I hope it had a Camera on the "B" loop just behind the Truck. It was going West to the Pearl in NW. The trolley driver should have been a witness too!The Car # was 022 so it said.The trailer behind the Truck had no Plate to report. Hope this helps. Thanks C/L folks
