We are a development company that does renovations and new constructions. We are looking to hire new staff as we are growing and have more projects.
We need the following positions filled:
Field Service Manager - Bid on new jobs, oversea the city or county requirements, make sure crew and staff are available per job sites. Complete and delivery proper documents to architects, clients, and city officials. Locate leads. (commission / base pay)
Job site production assistant - On site daily helping and assisting in the day to day work loads. Pick-ups, deliveries, and inventory count. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. (hourly $10 - $15 hour) Paid training and must have work boots.
Receptionist and client liaison - Outgoing and incoming cals from customers, accounting/billing, order supplies, and contacting vendors or contractors. ($10 - $20 hour depends on experience) Paid job training, and must have work boots.
For all positions the applicants must drive or have access to reliable transportation. Proper identification and social is mandatory. Must have a working cell phone. Work schedules are set a few days in advance. We do weekly pay ONLY - no cash or daily pay permitted.
