A signature NYC sports event returns this August, and we are we are seeking talented retail sales staff for activations at the event! You'll be working with one of our retail partners on-site at the event, selling merchandise and providing superior customer service. Responsibilities: * Welcome and identify customer needs * Explain merchandise to customers * Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock * Enter and process customer orders * Investigate and resolve customer inquiries Qualifications: * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields a major plus * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment * Ability to build rapport with customers * Excellent verbal communication skills This opportunity will start mid-August, and run thru Labor Day. Many shifts available, 7 days a week.
