Description
Colebrook Realty Services, Inc., Springfield, MA's premier commercial real estate management company, is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician who is experienced in all aspects of maintenance.

Responsibilities Include:
* Perform maintenance requests and work orders as assigned.
* All aspects of commercial maintenance (i.e., painting, replacement of lights, etc.).
* Grounds maintenance.
* Customer service.
* Ability to handle light electrical, plumbing and HVAC issues.
* Report to property manager and keep informed on all building/tenant issues.
* Assess situations and problem solve.
Requirements:
* Self-starter.
* Experience/working knowledge of HVAC systems.
* Light electrical and plumbing skills.
* Must have transportation/vehicle.
* Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance.
* Ability to cover properties after hours and for on-call responsibilities.
* Strong communication/customer service skills.
* Five plus years experience desirable.
* Must pass a background check.
