Adamas Building Services is now hiring a full-time Handy Porter with experience working & cleaning in luxury residential communities. Our company is a leading expert in the Residential Services market with properties throughout New Jersey. Pay: $14.00 per hour DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE: The ideal candidate will work closely with the Building Superintendent and have some experience in the following areas: · Light Plumbing · Light Electrical · some knowledge of heating and air conditioning systems · some knowledge of apartment repairs . Cleaning · light Carpentry · outstanding Customer Service This position will also work with our experienced janitorial team to assist in the maintenance of physical grounds maintenance, preventative maintenance, and interior/exterior building inspections. Attention to detail is critical to ensure the satisfaction of the community’s residents. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/LICENSE(S): · Knowledge of all applicable building codes and safety standards is a PLUS · experience in a similar role · Able to stand for extended periods of time · Excellent communication skills · Excellent organizational skills. · Able to complete tasks on time with minimal supervision · Available to work mornings and evenings, plus weekends, as needed. · May be required to lift heavy bags .
