Position available for qualified candidate to learn inventory control and oversee all equipment & material in then sold/shipped. Seeking a motivated self starter that takes direction, learns, remembers, and can then continue with many recurring projects on their own. We pack and ship orders daily, boxes as small as a softball up to multiple 10' pallets. Must have warehouse operations knowledge, as well as some experience manually picking/packing. Any knowledge of hand tools, power tools helpful and soldering it is a plus. We are looking to teach you to also learn to assemble simple electrical cables, bundle cables, measure/cut, and other tasks. Other duties include cleaning up as a group effort, emptying sea containers every few weeks, moving equipment and other labor related tasks. Must be able to communicate fluently in English, have decent handwriting, and be able to text and email coherently. Good communication skills are a must. Showing up on time and working a full day should not have to be shown as a job requirement but experience shows we need to say this. Work starts 8AM and ends at 5pm. Occasional overtime is required, and every so often a Saturday may be necessary. Must provide a resume by email attachment. No resume = no response.
