Looking for one full-time employee interested in learning or expanding their carpentry skills, ideally someone willing to work mainly with window/door replacement, but including various projects around the Duluth area. Experience not required. **Extreme cold, big storms, or winter unavailability affect** Leider Carpentry is a local subcontractor that works with The Home Depot: Home Services, specializing in replacing windows and entry/patio doors. Tasks include: - Demolition and disposal of original windows & frames - Installation of new Simonton or Anderson products: - sealed with foam insulation and caulking - finished with stops, trim, and/or aluminum coil exterior wrap. - Coil bending is done on an aluminum break tool and is the most independent duty expected from the employee. All duties will be taught on-site. Compensation is D.O.E. and will be discussed during inquiries/interviews. There are more carpentry opportunities through side jobs and other projects that may be taken on, schedule and weather permitting.
