Well established Self Storage Facility is hiring a Part Time Maintenance position. This position reports directly to the Facility Manager. Daily inspection of the facility to insure property is clean and check storage units for any move outs. Clean units and interior buildings, wiping down doors, pickup trash, cleaning hallways, office and bathrooms. Also preform general maintenance projects as scheduled. Monitor the physical condition of the property and reports any maintenance issues to the Facility Manager. Other duties as assigned.
