ISO Small Breed Dog Good with Cats

We are looking to adopt a small breed dog (under 25 pounds due to property rules) that is good with cats (we have 6) and other dogs (we don’t have any other dogs, but family comes to visit occasionally and brings their pups.) We prefer female, but would also take a male. We prefer them to be at least a year old and house trained and if they are fulling vetted and/or fixed, that would be a plus. We recently lost our pup due to old age and miss having a dog in the house!!! :( Thanks to any who reply!!
