A raffle to benefit WICN Public Radio, with tickets to see The Hot Sardines in concert at Indian Ranch in Webster, MA. on July 22nd. This is your chance to win a pair of tickets to see The Hot Sardines at Indian Ranch on July 22nd at 6 pm! Fueled by the belief that classic jazz feeds the heart and soul, The Hot Sardines are on a mission to make old sounds new again and prove that joyful music can bring people together in a disconnected world. All proceeds from this raffle support WICN Public Radio, a nonprofit public radio station in Worcester, MA. dedicated to preserving the living heritage of America's oldest musical art form--Jazz. OFFICIAL RULES: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and by the decisions of WICN Public Radio, which shall be binding and final as to all matters related to the “Raffle”). The Raffle is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. SPONSOR: WICN Public Radio Inc., 50 Portland Street, Worcester, MA 01608. Nonprofit Tax ID Number 04-250078. NET PROCEEDS: The Net Proceeds from the Raffle will be donated to WICN Public Radio's General Operating Fund, which provides material support for the normal daily operations of this nonprofit public radio station. PRIZES: One pair of tickets, either VIP or General Admission, to see The Hot Sardines in concert at Indian Ranch in Webster, MA on Thursday, July 22nd at 6pm. WICN Public Radio has no direct affiliation with the venue or the artist; acceptance of tickets releases WICN from any potential liability therein, including postponement or cancellation due to inclement weather, illness, lack of transportation, or any Force Majeure event. ELIGIBILITY TO ENTER: During the dates and times and other details specified below, RAFFLE TICKETS MAY BE PURCHASED ONLY BY PERSONS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER . Raffle tickets may NOT be purchased by anyone under the age of 18, regardless of location or method of purchase. This Raffle is void wherever prohibited by law. The following persons are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the Raffle or to win any Prize: employees, officers or board members of WICN Public Radio members, and immediate family members of any Ineligible Party. “Immediate family members” means spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and siblings (and any of their espective spouses) of an Ineligible Party. PURCHASING RAFFLE ENTRIES: The minimum purchase price of raffle ticket is $10. The price points for the Raffle are as follows: 3 numbers for $10; 7 numbers for $20; or 10 numbers for $25. DRAWINGS Potential winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received as of the applicable drawing entry deadline (the“Drawing(s)”). The winning ticket numbers will also be posted on wicn.org within 24 hours of the drawing. WICN's Membership Coordinator will contact all winners with details on receiving their tickets for The Hot Sardines.
