The Esplanade Association presents River Fit: TRILLFIT®, a dance fitness class blending Beyonce-worthy choreography with rounds of HIIT. Join us for two TRILLFIT® Cardio Dance classes this summer part of our River Fit Summer Fitness Series! TRILLFIT® is Boston's original hip hop workout party and will take place on Tuesday, July 27 and Tuesday, August 10 at 6pm on Fiedler Field. TRILLFIT® Cardio Dance, their signature dance class, blends Beyonce-worthy choreography (we love a good twerk sesh) with multiple rounds of HIIT, to sweat your way to a tighter, toned body. Sneakers Required. All levels welcome. Registration for River Fit: TRILLFIT® is only available through Eventbrite. Please cancel if you are no longer able to attend. By registering for River Fit: TRILLFIT®, you automatically sign the electronic waiver to participate in this River Fit Summer Fitness Series class.
