Busy Construction company has an open position for construction estimator- immediate hire Must have 5-10 years of experience - DO Not Apply if no previous experience Knowledge of "Planswift" or " Revu" or other similar software Able to read and understand drawings and prepare bid package Liaison between company nd subcontractors Prepare construction budgets Issue RFI's and follow ups Conduct quantity take offs and subcontractor's proposal review Attend weekly meetings Qualified person must have excellent verbal and written skills, Time management is highly required since he/she will be multitasking on few different projects Ability to communicate with different subs/trades Company is looking to fill this position within the next couple of weeks- Candidate must be able to start immediately Salary commensurate with experience Annual reviews and profit sharing Paid vacations
