Preschool seeking a F/T custodian who can perform minor repairs. The main duties of the position is to ensure the building is clean and in good working condition to meet regulations set forth by various NYC agencies. Duties include but not limited to garbage removal, vacuuming, mopping, assemble & moving furniture, painting & minor repairs throughout building as well as some landscaping & snow removal. Candidates must be able to work independently & have good communication skills and be able to lift up to 50lbs. Candidates must submit to a background check and fingerprinting by the Dept of Ed & Dept of Investigations.
