bonded pair female fancy rats (sisters) must go together as pets to a non breeding home. one brown double rex and one smooth black and white. I have been socializing them, they are interested in people, like to be handled and tickled, and do not bite. my landlord objects to them even though the lease only mentions restrictions on cats and dogs snake owners - don’t bother. rehoming fee more than cost of feeder rats applies and I am being helped to screen applicants by an experienced rat rehoming organization.
