I'm a singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist looking to put together a group of musicians to perform original material. I'll be releasing a full-length LP in the fall and want to play some shows in support of this. I play all the instruments on the recording and I mixed it myself, but am hoping to work out arrangements based on the musicians I find. Looking for second guitar (rhythm or lead), bass, drums, keys. I have a weekly rehearsal space on Sundays in midtown. There's no pay but hoping to find other musicians who want to collaborate and play. I'm 40 and looking for other people used to balancing full-time jobs and families with playing music. Open to supporting other members' projects as well. Ultimately, I'm most interested in finding collaborators to play with long-term and push each other to grow musically. The music is a mix of folk rock and more experimental improvisations.
