Description
On-site, full-time Maintenance Technician for condominium association located in Superior, CO. Maintains facilities at the direction of the Community Manager and Board of Directors, including mechanical systems, snow removal, trash removal, pool/spa inspections, and completion of a variety of maintenance requests. Must have a great attitude and be dependable. Hours are Monday-Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, except for on-call emergencies. Basic knowledge in carpentry, mechanical, plumbing and electrical required. Employment contingent upon background check.
