This event is the resumption of live music at 2nd Cycle and the kick-off for John Elliott's Washington Bicycle Music Tour! The 2nd Cycle Vision: A world where the joy of bike riding is accessible to everybody. The 2nd Cycle Mission: To demystify and normalize bike riding as a part of daily life, and realize the bicycle as tool for personal and community empowerment. John Elliott is a singer/songcyclist.
