Blue Dolphin Properties- management division is seeking a part time Maintenance Technician to: Provide building and grounds care, mechanical and plumbing maintenance. Responsibilities include preparing vacant properties for re-rental and seasonal grounds and preventive maintenance. Frequent lifting of 50 pounds and occasional lifting of 100 pounds is required. Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Day shift Monday to Friday - Experience: Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred) - License/Certification: Driver's License (Preferred)
