Design Communications Ltd. is a custom builder of architectural products (signage, light fixtures, other specialty elements) with locations in Avon, Orlando and New York. We’re currently looking for an organized, high-energy, and upbeat Painter to join our motivated and like-minded Finishing Department in Avon. *The techniques utilized here are similar to auto body painting. We want to hear from you if you: • Have experience in architectural, themed products or in auto body • Can effectively manage multiple projects at one time • Are happy to work with professionals from all departments • Own a smile and will bring it to work with you every day! Requirements: • 2+ years’ experience with a spraying techniques, HVLP, single stage coating; knowledge of Matthews paint system a plus • Spraying experience in auto body or related industry highly preferred; house/residential painting is not considered related • Someone who is flexible, even-tempered and detail oriented is A MUST! • Superb communication skills required; both written and verbal • Reliably getting to work every day on time is necessary This is a full-time position and we have three shifts available; day, evening, and a weekend shift that includes Fridays and Mondays.
