Well known and recognized Event Decor Company in South Florida looking for both men and women URGENTLY to join our Event Production Team! Looking for individuals who are passionate in creating unforgettable moments and decor for our clients and take pride in the overall result! This is a hourly, Monday - Friday position with the possibility to have to work weekends when there is an event to setup. If you are NOT available to work on weekends please do not apply. Contact David for interviews: 786-626-8850 Spanish Speakers welcomed. • This job entails the Set-up and teardown of the event spaces as outlined by the clients contract. • Prepare room environment as set forth by Production Director and Event Director • Ensure that all decorations have been set properly according to the Event Manager on-site. • Maintain venue rules and regulations when working on site. • Proper care, movement, storage of all equipment such as centerpieces, stage decor, risers, dance floor, etc. Experience: •Previous event set-up experience not required but a bonus if so! •Flexible hours - MUST BE AVAILABLE to work on evenings, weekends, and sometimes Holidays. •Due to the numerous event locations reliable transportation is required Physical Requirements: - Frequently lifts/carries up to 50 lbs (mostly geared for men who will do the most heavy lifting) - Must be okay with working 10-15 hr shifts (overtime will of course be compensated) - Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for up to 8‐hours in length
