Boat Club located in Miami-Dade County looking for full time, outgoing, and customer service-oriented individuals to join our Dock Master Team. Weekends & Weekdays are required. Applicants must be reliable and have his/her own form of transportation. Knowledge of local waterways is preferred, but not required. Marine Mechanical knowledge is a plus. Positions are available at all of our locations.

· Communication between other staff members, owners, and members is essential.

· Positive interaction with all team members and customers
Job Duties entail but are not limited to.
· Cleaning and maintaining fleet of club boats to a high standard
· Confirming reservations with members via phone
· Assisting members & their guests on and off club boats (boating supplies, fishing gear, coolers, etc.)
· Help members with docking upon departure and when returning to the dock.
· Operation of boats up to 28’ in and out of slips and to fuel dock for refueling
· Use of online check in/out reservation system (logging engine hours, fuel, safety gear)
· Inspect club boats before/after member usage to ensure no new damage to the vessel.
· Coordinating any necessary boat maintenance with club operations team and/or vendors
Hourly pay: $12.00 - $13.00/ hourly plus cash gratuities from members each day.
