Week-long workshop Taking full advantage of being at BMoCA, this teen art workshop will tour, discuss, and draw inspiration from the museum’s summer exhibit, “The Stubborn Influence of Painting”. Join us as we explore various methods of hand-building with clay to create works of art in all shapes, sizes, colors, textures, and purposes. How does your inspiration shape the clay? Do you put flowers in it, blast music through it, store precious items in it, admire its shape, appreciate its presence? Is it beautiful, creepy, serious, still, agitating, silly, graceful? Does it tell a story, ask a question, make a statement, invite quiet contemplation? Let’s find out! dates: July 12-16 & August 2-6 1-4pm
