Sunday SOW Sessions are an intimate time of refreshing for women. Speakers, discussions, & activities all help provide tools for self-care. There once was a simple question ask that changed the course of the person's future. That question was, "Do you want to be healed?". One question from a healer changed the course of a person's life. The person that answer's this question with a yes then needs the tools to process their level of healing as it relates to self-care. Author/Life Coach Vernice Mechel has created a space for women to come together to receive, relate, be restored, and renewed. This inaugural Sunday SOW Session topic will be focused on Mind, Body, Spiritual Self-Care. We will be joined by Breketa Goodwin, Deb Redd, and Tamara Williams as they share self-care tips connected to the mind, body, and spirit. You will leave feeling charged and equipped with tools to help you increase your self-care IQ. Each attendee will receive session material & lunch included in the price of the session.
