Christine’s passion is to help foster small business success and assist in the growth of Virginia’s economy.  Christine has over 25 years of business and industry experience.  Her background includes Human Resources Management with Kraft Foods, Ten Years of Research, Program Development, and Instruction with Lord Fairfax Community College Office of Workforce Solutions, and CEO for the Top of Virginia Regional Chamber.  She was named Virginia State Star for the Virginia Small Business Development Center Network 2019 and received the 2021 Fauquier Chamber Business Hero Award. As the director of the Small Business Development Center Christine leads a team of experienced business advisors and educators to help small businesses thrive and grow.  Christine also owns her own small business as a certified business consultant in the areas of leadership and human resources and is a certified professional resume writer.  Christine and her husband have two boys who are both in the military,  1 cat, 2 dogs, 3 horses, and 20 chickens on their small farm in Frederick County.
