In this evening's exploration of musical ports of call seldom visited here (but deeply familiar in the Catalan-Spanish world), we'll enjoy a rare and touching repertoire whose hallmarks are songfulness and intimacy. Some scores will be quick-paced. Others will linger in the ear, and in the heart, just as a long sip of Málaga or Madeira persists on the palette. The transparent La Grua acoustic and our performance platform will allow all to see and hear perfectly. Please note, all seating is unreserved and offered on a first come, first served basis. Doors open 1/2 hour before the start of the event. La Grua Center is a small nonprofit cultural arts center—open to all—offering a wide variety of concerts, talks, and art exhibitions in a welcoming space located in Stonington Borough.
