Hip-Hop Cardio is a fun yet structured method of learning various hip-hop movements while also incorporating mid to high-intensity cardio.
What participants can expect:
Each class will consist of a warm up and cool down (including basic and dynamic stretching), medium to high-intensity cardio that involves repetition of various hip-hop inspired movements, as well as some elements of H.I.I.T, Tabatha, Yoga, and body weight exercises. The workout in its entirety will focus on the total body with emphasis on core and legs.
