Every child needs to know that they are special and uniquely made exactly how they are today. They are God's Masterpiece! Whether they are multi-cultural, have curly, darker skin, or speak different languages, they are God's masterpiece . The mission for this event and overall reason why Nehemiah and Naomi's world exists, is to promote awareness for multi-cultural children and their parents on the importance of celebrating and exploring all cultures within a child’s ethnicity. Through my books, and events I intend to sought out positive acceptance and understanding for children to not have to feel inferior over one race or another but feel proud of the mixed culture they were born into. And in addition, educate on celebrating diversity amongst racial and physical trait differences alike! Parents and children are welcomed to join us for a fun filled Saturday as we paint our hearts out and create a masterpiece of our own as well as listen to a story celebrating diversity and different heroes in Nehemiah's family.
