Hello! my name is Kayla and I am looking for a place to rent once my current lease is up (9/15/2021). I have reliable income, am quiet and respectful, and take pride in the space I’m occupying. I can show extended rental history and have not lost more than $50 of my rent deposits to replace stovetop liners with cooked on grease. I have a small/medium dog who is a shy sweetheart, keeps to herself, has NEVER chewed something other than her toys, and does not make messes. I am looking for either a room to rent, a full place to rent, or a roommate to look for a place together! preferrably in the CDA, Post Falls, Hayden areas.
