The Channel Islands Bicycle Club (CIBC), is a non-profit, recreational organization for beginning and experienced road cyclist, providing enjoyable and safe recreational bicycle rides in and around Ventura, Santa Barbara, and LA Counties. For over 20 years, CIBC has partnered with Kiwanis Club of Ventura to host the Cool Breeze Century bike ride, the proceeds of which are donated to local organizations in Ventura County.
