Gather with us as we sit in Sacred Circle for a special Cacao Ceremony followed by a multi layered sound experience. Join us for a Sacred Cacao Ceremony where we will create a connection with community to support our intentions and help release all that is not in alignment. The pure plant medicine cacao will allow us to celebrate our true selves, savoring the sweet and the bitter as we participate in this grounding ceremony. To allow the intentions to deepen, the ceremony will be followed by a multi layered sound bath with gongs, hand pan, singing bowls and other sound instruments. The sound vibrations will assist in moving energy in the body, allowing for full relaxation. We invite you to share this special experience. Please bring a yoga mat and any other items that will make you feel comfortable sitting in circle and laying down for the sound experience. Layered clothing is also recommended in case you are too warm or cold. We recommend eating lightly before you come and bringing water with you. Contraindications - Persons taking SSRIs or MAOIs are recommended not to take Cacao in it's pure form. Ill effects could be higher blood pressure, anxiety and headaches. Free parking is available across the street and at the rear of the venue. Metered parking is also available on the street.
