Please join the Design-Build Institute of America, Iowa Chapter at the Tournament Club of Iowa for our 13th Annual Eighteen Hole Tournament Please join the Design-Build Institute of America, Iowa Chapter (DBIA-lowa) at the Tournament Club of Iowa for our 13th Annual Eighteen Hole Golf Tournament. Registration begins at 7:00 AM with a shotgun start at 8:00 AM. Coffee and doughnuts will be provided at check in. Lunch and awards will follow the tournament at the TCI Clubhouse.
