Ward Hayden & The Outliers - Live @ the Riverwalk Cafe | IN-PERSON Event! *We are pleased to offer this next installment of SNH Presents as a live, in-person event!* SNH Presents is a monthly music series featuring local artists on the Riverwalk Cafe sound stage in nashua, NH. We welcome Ward Hayden & The Outliers, for our July installment! About Ward Hayden & The Outliers Heralded by Rolling Stone as a “modern-day Buddy Holly plus Dwight Yoakam divided by the Mavericks”, Ward Hayden & The Outliers (formerly Girls Guns & Glory) formed as a way to break from the music so commonly found on popular radio airwaves. Their love for early rock ’n’ roll, true country, raw blues and pretty much any kind of authentic American music branded them quickly as anomalous — and electrifying. The song topics run the gambit of love, hope, work-a-day life, the grind, and the results of those experiences on the body and mind. With a lineup featuring frontman, Ward Hayden, Paul Dilley on Upright/Electric Bass, Josh Kiggans on Drums, and Cody Nilsen on Lead Guitar/Pedal Steel, the band is a musical force to be reckoned with. From heart wrenching ballads, to foot-stompin’ rock ‘n’ roll, whether live or on record, Ward Hayden and the Outliers deliver every time. Live at the Riverwalk Cafe in Nashua, New Hampshire. Presented by Symphony NH. Produced by Weird Fish Productions. Symphony NH was founded in 1923 by conductor and educator Elmer “Pop” Wilson and is now New Hampshire's oldest professional orchestra. Symphony NH was previously known as the Nashua Symphony Orchestra until 2012 but retired the name to better serve the entire state. Music Director Roger Kalia was appointed in 2019 after an 18 month search and is leading the way as Symphony NH approaches its centennial; presenting programs that feature of variety of music and appeal to the diverse tastes of New Hampshire audiences. Symphony NH seeks to inspire and enlighten through exceptional live music and by taking a leadership role in the music-education opportunities for citizens of all ages.
